We are now recruiting nursing assistants/care assistants for both dementia units and somatic units.
Your responsibilities
We work according to the Individual's Needs in Focus (IBIC) method, which means that residents are provided with a safe and meaningful daily life with individualized support, activities, and warm care.
The position includes, among other things:
- Personal care, such as assistance with hygiene
- Delegated health and medical care measures (HSL)
- Contact person responsibilities and family contact
- Household-related tasks and service duties
- Activities based on residents' needs and wishes
- Palliative care and vigil when needed
- Some administration
You work together with experienced and engaged colleagues where cooperation, responsibility-taking, and consideration permeate the work. Together you strive toward the same goal: to provide our residents with a safe and dignified life.
For the nursing assistant position within home care, the starting salary range is 29,000–34,000 SEK per month. For the care assistant position within home care, the starting salary range is 24,000–30,000 SEK per month.
We apply individual salary setting. Final salary is determined based on education, relevant experience, competence, and responsibility in the role, as well as in accordance with applicable collective agreements.
Who are you?
We are primarily seeking someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and meets the requirements to use the protected professional title according to current regulations.
As a care assistant, you should have completed upper secondary education.
It is meritorious to have experience working in elderly care, with cognitive/medical functional limitations, or palliative care.
Since all documentation and communication takes place in Swedish, it is important that you have good command of the language, both spoken and written.
