JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking new colleagues for our work team at Skålmogården. As a nursing assistant, you work with care and support tasks for the residents every day. We also work on service development through, for example, quality councils and activity councils. Your mission is to make each day as good as possible for those living with us as well as for your colleagues. We are each other's work environment in our residents' homes. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main tasks are to provide safe and secure personal care and support. You support the elderly in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday existence. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing users with good quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed with the user in the implementation plan. This includes, among other things: - Personal care and support. - Utilizing the user's own resources. - Activation and social interaction with users as well as outdoor activities. - Serving meals. - Laundry of clothes and cleaning in the user's apartment. - Documentation according to the Social Services Act. - Medication delegation. - Collaboration with nurses (for example, wound care) QUALIFICATIONS You have nursing assistant training or other equivalent education or experience. We consider it an asset if you have previous experience working in similar operations. Furthermore, it is important that you can handle digital record systems and that you need to have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. It is meritorious if you have further training in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, or care of multi-morbid elderly.
