Come work with us at Villa Lunnagård! We are looking for a Nursing Assistant who wants to work with us at Villa Lunnagård. Our work team consists of nursing assistants, care aides, nurses, occupational therapists, maintenance staff, and managers. We have our own kitchen staff that prepares meals and bakes for us. We are a large residential facility where everyone works with everyone on everything. We have space for 32 residents when the house is at full capacity. The people living with us have different needs and can range from those who require extensive care support to manage daily life, to those who are largely independent. We have residents with various diagnoses, including cognitive decline, mental health issues, and previous substance abuse. The majority of our residents have comorbidities. Our focus is caring for people who present complex symptoms that make them unsuitable for more traditional residential facilities. With us, no two days are alike, but some of the tasks the position includes are: Provide personal care and support in daily life Perform delegated health and medical care tasks Work according to implementation plans and document in journal systems Collaborate with colleagues, healthcare staff, and family members Contribute to a pleasant environment and provide support in both social and physical activities We work with a contact person system, which means you will have responsibility for some of our residents. We work person-centered and use preventative approaches with BPSD. The facility is Stjärnmärkt certified and all employed staff must complete the required training to support this work. We work on a rolling 6-week schedule that includes day and evening shifts as well as working every third weekend. We strive to accommodate desired hours. We require that you are a trained nursing assistant. Previous work experience involving responsibility for contact person duties, social documentation, and delegated healthcare tasks is desirable but not required. The position requires computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A driver's license (category B) is desirable. The position requires that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to changes in operations. It is very important that you have good collaboration skills, show interest, and provide good service and treatment.
