WORK DUTIES You will: • Provide support in daily life, including: personal care, cleaning, shopping, cooking, and social support • Work with pedagogical and structured approaches, such as clear schedules, visual supports, and routines • Help develop implementation plans and follow up on goals together with customer and team • Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and assistance coordinators • Actively contribute to building our new unit QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you who: • Are a trained nursing assistant with approved education (include documentation of protected professional title in your application) • Can cycle • Have experience meeting people with NPF, OCD, and/or schizophrenia at work or in your personal life • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Are responsible, self-directed, flexible, and have good collaboration skills We highly value personal qualities and are seeking someone who fits the following: • Are calm, patient, and confident in yourself even in stressful or challenging situations • Find it easy to build trusting relationships and are good at listening • Enjoy thinking innovatively and are not afraid to test, evaluate, and adjust B-class driver's license is a merit, as is further education in psychiatry, NPF, dementia, or similar.
