Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Young Adult Services. Primary care is organized in 4 care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each care area is an economic unit led by a department manager. Primary care also manages the region's healthcare advisory service, youth health clinic, and the close care unit Näva, all of which are funded through appropriations. Brunflo Health Center is beautifully located about 15 km south of Östersund and currently has approximately 9,300 registered patients. We serve a geographic catchment area with both urban and rural communities. The health center is a well-functioning workplace with good routines and excellent collaboration mixed with a great deal of innovative thinking. We have a stable team where we utilize each other's expertise and create good conditions for patients. The health center has a multimodal team with a physical therapist, psychologist, rehabilitation coordinator, and physician where patients are offered various treatments from a patient-centered approach. We have district nurses with their own areas of responsibility who, together with nursing assistants and medical secretaries, work at the top of their competence. Child health, maternity, and physiotherapy are well-staffed with experienced colleagues, and we have two committed unit managers. We are now seeking a nursing assistant for a permanent position. Main duties include work at sample collection/lab, assistance to other clinics, and home visits. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training in healthcare. Experience with clinic work and primary care is a plus. It is also advantageous if you have worked with Cosmic or other computer systems. You are stimulated by working in a changing organization. You should be outgoing, flexible, well-organized, and accustomed to meeting patients with different needs. You should be able to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
