Job Responsibilities As a team member at Gläntan, you work closely with both residents and colleagues in a team where collaboration is essential. Your responsibilities include: Care and support in daily life Documentation Coordination with nurses, rehabilitation staff, and family members Contributing to security, participation, and good quality of life Your role is important and it shows in people's everyday lives. Qualifications Trained nursing assistant Preferably experience in care and social services Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Basic computer skills Responsible, flexible, and with good interpersonal skills Enjoy collaborating and meeting people with warmth and respect We look forward to hearing from you!
