Description:
We are looking for both fully trained nursing assistants and those currently studying to become a nursing assistant. Your primary responsibility is to meet the individual's needs for security, continuity, personalized care, and coordination based on national values, the Social Services Act (SoL), and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Personal Care & Nursing: Perform individualized interventions based on the client's implementation plan and a person-centered approach. Responsible for establishing, following up, and evaluating individual implementation plans. Health and Medical Services: Perform health and medical care tasks on delegation or prescription from a nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist. Handle and maintain individually prescribed medical technical products and follow applicable instructions for transfer techniques and assistive devices. Document and follow up work and interventions in activity systems and digital tools in accordance with SoL and HSL. Collaboration & Development: Collaborate with family members and other partners, and actively participate in workplace meetings, quality improvement, and continuous improvement work. 💡 We are looking for someone who wants to work independently but also values close collaboration with colleagues and licensed professionals to provide the best possible care
