About Villa Kviberg Villa Kviberg is a modern senior living facility built in 2022. The facility offers care and support to elderly persons with cognitive impairment and common age-related illnesses. The residence consists of four floors and is located near natural areas and a newly built residential district. We are a dementia-certified facility, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia care and person-centered approaches through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the facility. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you will learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people. Your Experience and Knowledge We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
