About Villa Kristineberg The residence opened in March 2026 and consists of four floors with 60 apartments distributed across three floors. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant common areas for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 years visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents. You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We incorporate animals in our care and have regular visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and understand what they need. You work closest to the residents and thus have a key role in the team alongside nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.
