Your work includes practical help with personal care. It is important that you have the ability to understand other people's situations and needs. We work with a holistic approach to our residential services, and therefore we collaborate with other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, as well as with relatives and other important people for the individual. For this reason, it is important that you have good collaboration skills.
