In your role as a nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on residents' wishes, in accordance with care decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. For example, you assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, respond to calls, and provide social companionship. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure all our residents get to live life, fully. This can include conversations, playing games, going on outings, or doing fun activities together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed professionals, such as medication administration and training. Job Description We are currently seeking a colleague on a part-time basis for a temporary position with an employment rate of 98%, starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement. The temporary assignment is to cover for a colleague on educational leave and will run for approximately 1 year, with the possibility of extension. To be considered for this position, you need: A certification from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written We also consider it a merit if you have prior experience in elderly care and dementia care. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the Swedish Police's criminal record register.
