Job Responsibilities You'll help shape the day for our elderly through care, social interaction, and support with meals and personal hygiene. You will also work as a fixed care contact, handle delegated tasks, and write social documentation. Working Hours and Benefits: You work day, evening, and every other weekend according to schedule – usually 06.45–15, 07.15–15.30, 13.00–21.30, or 14.00–22.00. We apply a 37-hour work week for day and evening staff. With us, you work three of six weekends per schedule period – but if you want to take more shifts, you also get an extra 1,000 kr per extra weekend worked (up to four times)! If you have previous experience working in special housing or home care, we see that as a merit, as well as if you've previously worked with quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert. You need to have good computer skills and preferably experience with social documentation. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of good treatment toward users, family members, and colleagues. You have great collaboration skills with responsibility for both work tasks and contributing to a good workplace climate. You feel secure in yourself and in your professional role. You're happy to help develop the operations, enjoy when things happen around you, and take on new challenges with great curiosity and flexibility. Good to Know To be called for an interview, you must be able to show a passing grade in Swedish 1 at upper secondary level or equivalent. If this is missing, you will need to take a digital language test. Upon offered employment, an acceptable extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register must be provided. For this position, an extract for work in the home for elderly persons is meant. In this recruitment, continuous selection and interviews are applied. Your New Workplace Furulund is located a stone's throw from Partille center surrounded by some forest and nature, as our largest elderly housing divided into three floors, each with its own unit manager. In the same building there is also a kitchen that prepares fresh food for both the school and the elderly housing daily.
