Your Work Tasks In our work, we base our approach on each individual customer's needs and wishes to provide good and personalized care and support. This happens in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. A day with us involves care and support tasks, delegated interventions, and assistance alongside wonderful colleagues. As a nursing assistant, you perform qualified tasks that are part of nursing assistant work, such as medication administration, insulin injections, and dialysis support. We have digital solutions for registering our interventions with customers, signing off administered medications, and documenting in our activity and quality assurance systems. We use digital keys for a safe and secure work approach. Our digital solutions in the workplace mean that you are expected to be able to use computers, mobile phones, and related digital tools. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care. It is also an advantage if you are familiar with systems such as Intraphone, Life Care, and Appva. Digital tools are used daily, and you are expected to be able to learn to navigate the digital systems we use. We work all days of the week, and working hours are day and evening shifts. As a person, you are accommodating and attentive to those you work with. You have the ability to build trust, security, and engagement with customers, staff, and partners. You need to be engaged and flexible in your work role to thrive and perform good work. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish, and you enjoy working in a role with many points of contact. We expect you to treat everyone well and to work according to the home care administration's core values: trust, respect, and humility.
