Your responsibilities As a nursing assistant in home care, you have an important role in creating security and quality of life for our clients in their own homes. You provide individualized and professional care and attend to and meet physical, psychological and social needs. You provide personal care that may include help with hygiene, dressing and medication management. You also contribute to a pleasant home environment by helping with household chores such as cooking, cleaning and shopping. Beyond this, you have an important social role where you create security and community through conversation, walks or other activities that contribute to the client's well-being. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups, where together you create high-quality care and support. Documentation is a natural part of your work to ensure good continuity and quality. Who are you? We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations. If you have experience working in health and care, it is a merit and we also see it as positive if you have experience working in service occupations. As a person, you are calm, confident and have an easy time creating good relationships. You collaborate well with others but also enjoy working independently. You see what needs to be done and take initiative to provide the best possible care. You have good judgment and can make well-founded decisions, and you have a clear customer focus and put the client's needs at the center. You are flexible and can adapt when plans change in daily work. You have an easy time prioritizing and finding solutions in different situations. Quality is important to you and you actively work to maintain it in your work. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since we are located in a peripheral area, you need to have a class B driver's license and preferably also have access to a car to get to and from work.
