We are now recruiting an engaged nursing assistant for Night Home Care South. Through a process-oriented approach, we create clear structures and well-functioning workflows in the organization, with the care recipient in focus. We work in multidisciplinary teams where we want you to be involved, contribute your perspectives, and help influence and improve our work methods. As a nursing assistant within night home care, your main tasks are to encourage, support, and motivate. The work includes health and medical care tasks delegated by licensed personnel. We are looking for someone who is proactive and has a positive attitude toward performing these tasks with commitment and responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with certification from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. It is meritorious if you have work experience in elderly care and knowledge of delegated health and medical care tasks. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing, are easy to collaborate with, and can quickly build good relationships with both colleagues and care recipients. We are looking for someone who is positive, takes responsibility, has good teamwork skills, and can adapt to new circumstances. You will work awake night shifts and move between different care recipients by car. Since driving is part of the job, a category B driver's license is a requirement. We are in a digitalization development phase which requires good computer skills. The ability to work in different systems is important to thrive in this position. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date - By agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Night work Kalmar Municipality verifies identity and work permit before anyone is employed.
