About the Role as Nursing Assistant As a nursing assistant at UroMedical, you will assist doctors and prepare for examinations and minor procedures. Instrument handling and work with medical equipment are also part of your work. The position includes administrative tasks and telephone patient advice. We work together to maintain a structured and well-functioning healthcare administrative organization where we always keep the patient at the center. You will work in close collaboration and as part of a team with other healthcare personnel and doctors. We work with short decision-making paths and the patient at the center. We strive to gather and utilize employees' expertise to create a learning and inspiring organization. Who Are You We are looking for a nursing assistant with experience in urology services. You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written, as well as in medical terminology. Your service orientation, commitment, and positive attitude contribute to a good work climate where we all help each other and collaborate to achieve the best care quality for our patients. We would appreciate if you contribute to the development of procedures and working methods. Terms of Employment The position is part-time with flexible hours to be discussed and starts as a 6-month probationary employment with the ambition to transition to a permanent position if both parties wish.
