Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you'll have varied and developmental work with great independence and the opportunity to use all of your skills. The position involves rotating between the clinic and laboratory. At the clinic, you'll have your own scheduled patient hours and assist our doctors with various types of examinations and treatments. In the laboratory, you'll work with patient sampling and point-of-care testing. The role also includes actively participating in mentoring students in various educational fields. Depending on your experience, interests, and skills, there are opportunities to develop specialized responsibility areas and assignments within the operation. We work primarily with the systems Cosmic, Flexlab, and TeleQ. Qualifications We welcome you if you are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on acute care according to the previous program structure, or trained as a nursing assistant within the current program structure. To assess your employability, grades from your health care education and proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding your protected professional title must be attached to your application. You are responsible and enjoy independent work, have good teamwork skills, and are quality-conscious. You're happy to contribute to the operation's development and see collaboration, helpfulness, and good professional service as an obvious part of the work. You view the rotating role between the laboratory and clinic as positive and developmental. Experience from primary care and laboratory operations is a merit.
