We are now looking for committed nursing assistants who want to be part of our team and contribute with knowledge, care, and a rehabilitation-focused approach.
With us, you work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists in a team where everyone's expertise is important for creating the best possible conditions for each individual. Trädgården's short-term residential facility has 36 places, of which 18 are for 24-hour assessments and 18 for respite care.
About the Position
You will work at our short-term residential facility that offers 24-hour assessments, respite care, and relief for families.
In your role as a nursing assistant, you will help create security, participation, and independence for our guests. The work is varied and includes both care services and rehabilitation work.
Your Tasks
Perform care and support services based on the individual's needs.
Work with an everyday rehabilitation approach to strengthen the individual's independence.
Participate in assessments of activity capacity and need for continued support.
Perform delegated health and medical care services according to the nurse's instructions.
Document according to applicable guidelines.
Collaborate with other professionals to create good and cohesive care and support.
Provide support and relief to family members.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and who enjoy working both independently and with others.
You have a genuine interest in elderly care and see the possibilities in supporting people to live as independent a life as possible, even when their life situation changes.
Qualifications
Trained nursing assistant.
Experience working with an everyday rehabilitation approach.
Good documentation skills.
Ability to plan and structure your work.
Good collaboration skills.
Merits
Experience with assessments of activity capacity.
Experience with or interest in working with people with dementia.
Experience from short-term care or similar operations.

Employment Terms
Permanent employment, full-time.
