JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You base your work on each individual's needs, wishes, and circumstances, and work to strengthen the person's independence and well-being. Your job responsibilities include: • Provide individualized care and nursing care. • Work based on contact person responsibility and implementation plans. • Create conditions for activity, participation, and quality of life. • Collaborate with nurses, rehabilitation staff, doctors, and other colleagues. • Document according to applicable guidelines. • Perform delegated health and medical care tasks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: Are trained as a nursing assistant or are studying to become a nursing assistant. We wish that you: • Have experience in care work within elder care or similar activities. • Have a warm and professional demeanor. • Are attentive, responsible, and have a clear user focus. • Enjoy collaboration and contribute to a good work environment. • Can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. • Preferably have experience in elder care and/or dementia care.
