Sommarsol is a special residential facility with 60 places, divided into four somatic units and two dementia units. Sommarsol is located by the sea in Vejbystrand, outside of Ängelholm. We are now looking for nursing assistants to join our team. 4 position(s). JOB DUTIES Do you want a key role where your care makes a difference every day? As a nursing assistant, you work in close relationship with our residents and in close collaboration with the entire care team consisting of colleagues, unit managers, nurses, and therapists. Through an adapted and person-centered approach, you provide qualified care and nursing services based on the residents' needs and condition. Just as important as medical and physical care is the social content – contributing to meaningful days with social interaction, activities, and outdoor time. We actively work with individual care plans as the basis for work planning, and each staff member takes great responsibility for the operation and development of the facility. We collaborate with other special residential facilities within Ängelholm municipality, and when needed, you will have work shifts at these facilities as well. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics, palliative care, or cognitive impairment. Previous experience with social documentation, responsibility for patient advocacy, and delegated healthcare tasks is viewed as valuable. You also feel comfortable with digital tools, which are a natural and helpful part of our daily operations.
