Welcome to Skogsgläntan, a beautifully located special residential facility on Orupsbacken, just outside Höör. The facility focuses on somatic care and comprises 26 apartments.

WORK TASKS
At Skogsgläntan, our goal is to create a meaningful daily life for our residents and give them the opportunity to continue living a social and active life based on their own circumstances.
We work based on each resident's needs, wishes, and resources, where our care work is based on preventive care with a focus on quality. The work involves standard care and support services within municipal operations, such as personal care, medication administration, and actively documenting in our documentation and management system. As a nursing assistant, you are a key person in the team around the resident. Together with colleagues, your manager, and healthcare personnel, we provide our residents with the best possible care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• has experience in elderly care, preferably in special residential facilities
• sees it as self-evident to work preventively and with quality as the focus
• has good knowledge of Swedish and can communicate well both verbally and in writing with residents, family members, and colleagues
• is accustomed to or has the ability to use digital tools such as computers and mobile phones in daily work

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement.
Working hours: Shift work. The position involves varying working hours with shifts scheduled for both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends according to the schedule.
The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and the position not being needed for internal use.
