We are now looking for a dedicated nursing assistant for Selmagården, a special residential facility. Selmagården is one of Sunne municipality's special residential facilities and is located in central Sunne. In total there are 36 apartments distributed across four departments. We co-plan our schedules in the operation, which means that work can occur throughout the house as needed. Responsibilities We are looking for someone who is confident, stress-resilient and responsive to the customer's needs. As a nursing assistant with us, you provide service and personal care to our customers. We want you to have a clear customer focus, work person-centred and be able to conduct yourself in a way that is adapted based on the customer and situation. The work also includes delegated health and medical care tasks, as well as work with the customer's implementation plan and quality registers such as BPSD. As staff with us, you will also become the customer's permanent care contact. We place great emphasis on conduct, teamwork ability, flexibility and responsibility in contact with our customers and other professionals. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has an approved nursing assistant/care education according to upper secondary school or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We would like to see that you can provide proof of protected professional title for nursing assistant. If you have further education in dementia or psychiatry, this is a merit. You must have good digital skills and be able to document according to SoL and HSL. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to express yourself and communicate in both speech and writing. Terms The position is a temporary assignment starting October 5, 2026. Sunne municipality applies annual working time according to agreement. Working hours: Service according to schedule - day, evening and weekends. Sunne municipality applies fragrance- and tobacco-free working time.
