Here we offer housing for adults with mental health disabilities, with or without the need for somatic care. Our unit, located on the outskirts of Falköping, has 18 places. Our clients are 21 years and older, and we work to provide them with support and assistance that truly makes a difference. These guiding principles permeate everything we do, with a focus on respect, participation, and self-determination. We work in close collaboration between different professions. Our team consists of nurses, an occupational therapist, healthcare assistants, and a psychiatrist. About the Position As care personnel with us, you will have varied work where you will, among other things, plan and carry out individual interventions based on needs and goals according to our residents' implementation plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Together with colleagues, you will divide work tasks and communicate with other healthcare personnel. Examples of Work Tasks: Motivating and supportive conversations Follow up residents' weekly planning and implementation plans Manage medications according to delegation Plan activities and driving Social interaction Support with daily activities and ADL (for example care, meal support, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping) Employment Terms: We are now seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probation period. The employment rate is 100%. Working hours are varied and may include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. Salary is by agreement and other benefits are according to the collective agreement. Start date for the position is by agreement. A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, attentive, and flexible. You are a person who has the ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work, while also having good teamwork skills and enjoying working in a team. You have pedagogical insight into people's different circumstances and can adapt your way of communicating to their needs. We are looking for someone who: Is a trained healthcare assistant, caretaker, or has equivalent knowledge and experience It is an advantage if you have: Experience working with this target group B-category driver's license What Happens Now?
