JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Nursing Assistants with combination placement at our special housing facilities at Amnegården, Gullspång. The work includes meeting the individual's needs for care and services in their home. Performing medical procedures on delegation from a registered nurse. As an employee, you collaborate with residents, colleagues, nurses, and management. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking trained nursing assistants where vocational education in dementia and/or welfare technology is meritorious, with an interest in working with development and change. Great emphasis is placed on good flexibility and collaboration skills, as work occurs across multiple units (Fågelön, Fällholmen, and Storön). Employees need to be able to adapt to different work groups and contribute to good collaboration between units. As of July 1st this year, language requirements for personnel in elderly care take effect. The requirement concerns personnel having good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing to provide safe and good care. Additionally, good computer skills are required. It is important that applicants have a positive view of people, great commitment, a sense of responsibility, and focus on the elderly's individual needs. We seek those who believe in the equal value and rights of all people. It is meritorious if applicants have experience with the Lifecare documentation tool. Duration: Permanent, Start: As soon as possible or by agreement. Work Hours: Scheduled. Work hours are arranged for day and evening shifts on a rotating 5-week schedule. Both positions involve working 3 of 5 weekends with many weekdays off. There are 8-20 work shifts in both positions.
