We are located on the way out to our beautiful archipelago where many of our clients also live. Working hours include days, evenings, and every other weekend. The Support, Care and Social Services Administration is divided into the operational areas of functional support and elderly care. Our core activities are to provide care, support and rehabilitation for seniors as well as to provide assistance and services to people with disabilities, always with the individual's needs at the center. JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of providing daily support, for example with personal care, meals and activities. You contribute to ensuring that our clients have the opportunity to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible. Your work also involves creating a safe and meaningful life where quality of life is at the center. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work together with your team to create an environment where you and your colleagues work towards common goals, always with the client in focus. We work from a person-centered approach with fixed care contacts. You should be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner. Pool rotations are part of the position, which means that you will work at other units within home care. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, but we also welcome those who are nearing the end of your education. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written based on the requirements for communication and documentation. Since much of the work is managed by phone, basic IT skills are a requirement, and since the work involves travel far out in the archipelago, a category B driver's license is a must. We are looking for someone who can work independently and take responsibility for planning and carrying out your work with the client in focus. You are flexible and can adapt to changing situations and different needs that arise in daily life. As a person, you are stable, secure and maintain a professional approach even in challenging situations. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment through good cooperation with colleagues, clients and their families. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and have a genuine interest in helping others. You follow procedures and ensure that care maintains a high quality. We also see that you are creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to find new ways to meet each client's individual needs in the best way. To be relevant in support, care and social services, you need to present a valid criminal record check for "Work with the elderly or adults with disabilities" along with accompanying suspicion register printout.
