You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience in neurology/stroke care. It is an asset if you speak Finnish. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You have a holistic perspective, are flexible and well-organized in the way you plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You also have empathetic abilities and can put yourself in another person's perspective or situation. What You Will Work With The care unit has 12 care beds. An internal medicine section and a stroke section. We collaborate on acute care, nursing care, and rehabilitation. We work in a team with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. We also have close collaboration with speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers. Your main tasks include patient care, monitoring of clinical parameters, blood draws, and similar duties. We are a small unit with close collaboration across all professions, where you have the opportunity to grow in your professional role. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends. Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
