Nursing Assistant for Private Care

Nursing Assistant We are seeking a nursing assistant for private care. Vårdlänken is looking for a dedicated and experienced nursing assistant who wants to make a difference in another person's daily life. We are looking for someone who is confident, empathetic, and responsible, and who enjoys working closely with a person in need of support, care, and social presence. Provide security and deliver patient care. The position primarily involves working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, approximately 4 hours/day. Requirements: You are a qualified nursing assistant. You have at least 3 years of experience as a nursing assistant. You have experience with similar work tasks. You are independent, responsible, and take initiative easily. You are empathetic, patient, and comfortable providing personal care. You have good communication skills and are flexible in your work approach. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are in good physical condition. You are punctual, dedicated, and reliable. You are motivated by contributing to another person's well-being, security, and social life. A driver's license is required. Meritorious: Silvia Nurse specialist certification Job Responsibilities Assist with morning routines such as showering and getting dressed. Some meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks. Accompany the client to activities and doctor's appointments. Prevent isolation and promote well-being through social support and conversation. Ensure that all medications are taken as prescribed and assist with medication administration. Run errands.
