You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. We are looking for We are now seeking you—a trained nursing assistant with at least two years of experience. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. We consider it a merit if you have previously worked in post-operative or surgical care. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are organized, self-directed, and flexible. You recognize and value the benefits of collaborating with others. What you will do Work at Post-OP is varied and educational. You'll meet patients of all ages with a wide range of surgical procedures. We represent all surgical specialties. At Post-OP, we primarily care for inpatients who have undergone major surgical procedures and require more advanced and extended monitoring and care. This places demands on your background and experience. We provide round-the-clock care 365 days a year. We also serve the entire hospital with, among other things, central venous catheter placements, which the nursing assistant assists with alongside one of our anesthesiologists. We work in a team-based and patient-centered manner in our clinic.
