About Polhemsgården Polhemsgården in Solna consists of 80 apartments with a dementia focus, including five short-term and respite care places. Polhemsgården has nature and gardens as its profile. Time outdoors and activities in nature, parks, and gardens are natural parts of our daily life. We work with different nature themes throughout the year. We have nurses on duty 24/7, year-round. We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone working here has received dementia care and interaction training through Silvia hemmet. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enrich the lives of our residents. You have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a group manager is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing is required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
