Your Role With Us

An important part of the work is working in a team around the customer for a good overall perspective. In the work, you will be a contact person and hold one or several areas of responsibility. With us, you are offered varied work with care services, activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and have a completed care and nursing program or other education that the employer deems equivalent, with proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of protected professional title being a merit. If you have education within psychiatry or dementia care, this is a merit, as is previous experience of working in healthcare and care and/or from work at care and nursing facilities.
Since communication and documentation are part of your work tasks, you need to have documentation and computer experience as well as master Swedish in speech and writing.
Your personal qualities are important to us, and we are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has self-insight. Furthermore, you have a professional approach and good collaboration skills. You have a flexible attitude that promotes a good work environment and a solution-focused approach in your collaboration with customers, relatives, and colleagues.

Österängsgården is a care and nursing facility centrally located in Kristianstad that offers support and nursing care to our customers. Here we work closely together in a dedicated team where collaboration, respect, and good conduct are a natural part of everyday life. In the organization, we work person-centered and based on each customer's needs, resources, and wishes. Our goal is to create security, participation, and be valuable support for the people we meet. The work is characterized by close collaboration between nursing assistants, nurses, and rehabilitation staff, where we together contribute to a whole around the customer.

Österängsgården is a facility with 6 departments, one of which is general and the others are focused on dementia care. There are well-functioning general communications to get here.
The Care Administration's activities are directed at the elderly and people who need functional support as well as people who need home healthcare. The activities are functionally divided into four operational areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing facilities, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive devices center in Eastern Skåne.
