The facility has 10 places and offers a pleasant living environment with access to a garden for activities and outdoor time. Kristinehamn's special residential facilities are part of the Support, Care and Services Administration, SVO. The administration is divided into the operational areas of functional support, home care, and special housing. Our core mission is to provide nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation for older adults as well as to provide support and services to people with disabilities, always with the individual's needs at the center. 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant, you will among other things provide support and assistance with personal care, meals and activities, and create opportunities for residents to maintain and utilize their own resources. Your responsibilities also include creating conditions for good quality of life and a meaningful existence for residents. Furthermore, you are responsible for providing care and nursing of high quality. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists occur. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work together with your team to create a climate where you and your colleagues work toward common goals, always with the service user in focus. You should be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner. Night shifts and pool rotations are included and are a requirement for these positions. QUALIFICATIONS We look forward to your application and welcome you if you: • Are a trained nursing assistant • have a B-category driver's license due to the workplace's geographic location and pool rotations • can communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish as language is our primary tool, and based on documentation requirements.
