At Hässleholm Hospital, approximately 300 employees work within the orthopedic business area, conducting operations at hospitals in both Hässleholm and Kristianstad. Our orthopedic department has 19 care beds for planned surgeries, primarily focused on hip and knee procedures, but we also perform other operations such as on the spine, shoulder, foot, and hand. We are proud of our well-developed care pathways, which are continuously improved and result in patients often being able to go home after one day with us. Operations are performed during daytime, Monday through Friday. We also run the Future of Orthopedics Hässleholm (FORTH) project with a planned new construction of the entire orthopedic business area. This is an exciting development of orthopedic operations, featuring state-of-the-art operating rooms. This will include innovative development of patient processes concerning logistics, staffing, and equipment. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to be part of an engaged team with competent and driven colleagues where the patient always comes first? We are now looking for a new colleague and look forward to your application! As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with typical nursing assistant tasks in an operating department. This means you focus on the patient's pre- and postoperative care, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. There is also great emphasis on patient involvement and rehabilitation. You will work closely with other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. As a new employee with us, you will receive an individualized orientation based on your previous experience. Working hours are arranged for day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS You are a trained nursing assistant and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for the protected professional title, regardless of whether you completed the previous or current program structure.
