We are part of the orthopedic clinic in Norrbotten, a regional clinic with operations in Sunderbyn, Piteå, and Gällivare. Together we form a strong clinic where knowledge, knowledge sharing, and development are in focus. On our acute orthopedic care ward, we care for patients with acute orthopedic injuries and conditions. Here you'll meet a varied patient population and work in both a diverse and developmentally rich clinical environment. As a nursing assistant with us, you have a central role in the daily care and support of our patients. You actively participate in rehabilitation efforts together with other professions and contribute to creating conditions for increased independence and quality of life. The varied tasks include, among other things, pre- and postoperative care, wound dressings, specimen collection, monitoring and follow-up of clinical parameters, and documentation according to current guidelines. With us, you'll be part of a good community where we help each other and work closely with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professions. We help each other, share knowledge, and support one another in daily work. We believe the best results are created when different expertise works together around the patient. We work daily with risk assessments to identify risks in care and to monitor the work environment. Working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date by agreement.
