About the Position As a nursing assistant with us, you help create a safe, meaningful, and dignified everyday life for our residents. You provide individually adapted care and are there as support in both big and small matters, always with the resident in focus. You work close to colleagues, where together you contribute to each resident feeling seen, included, and respected. In this role, you also have a contact person responsibility and are responsible for documentation according to applicable guidelines. Your typical tasks will include: Provide support with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities Create comfort and social interaction based on each person's needs and wishes Perform delegated healthcare tasks in consultation with licensed personnel Follow implementation plans and document in our record system Contact and collaboration with colleagues, nurses, and family members This is a permanent position with approximately 90% employment level. The start date is by agreement, and a trial employment period may apply. Since our operation determines working hours, they may be scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. About You To succeed in this role, we see that you have: High school diploma from a healthcare and social care program and a protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare Good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing Basic computer skills and the ability to use email, Word, and work in care management systems Experience in healthcare and social care work It is an advantage if you have previous experience in person-centered care and dementia care. About the Recruitment Process Before a potential employment, you must provide an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register as well as a valid photo ID. You are responsible for ordering the extract via the Police website. The extract to be shown is called "Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities". If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
