Your main tasks are to meet the individual need for nursing care and service and to provide good service. As time permits, you will also support other activities within SÄBO and LSS. The work includes documentation in accordance with current legislation, which means that you must express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and be able to receive and record oral information by telephone. You work mostly alone at night, which requires you to be self-motivated. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. You should have experience working in elderly care. It is a merit if you have experience in home care. We are looking for you who have a professional approach characterized by good service, respect and dignity. We need you to be responsive to our customers' needs and to make the best of our customers' lives. The work places high demands on flexibility, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving and technical skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. You must have computer skills, a B driver's license and driving experience are requirements. Another requirement is that you must pass a knowledge test for medication delegation. As an employee, you will be based in Pajala City Center and work throughout the municipality's geographic area. Employment Type: Permanent employment. For employees with vocational preparatory upper secondary education, the starting salary is 25,798 kr. Pajala Municipality is part of the administrative area for Meänkieli and Finnish, therefore it is a merit if you have knowledge of one or both of these languages.
