JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you confident, responsible, and comfortable working independently during nighttime? Take the chance to become part of our team. We are now seeking two dedicated nursing assistants for our Night Patrol.
Work in the Night Patrol involves independently and together with colleagues performing approved care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) as well as health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL).
We work throughout Oskarshamn Municipality by car, operating from central Oskarshamn.
In this role, you are responsible together with other staff for providing good care, health services, and support to individuals in their own homes. You will also perform medical tasks delegated by licensed personnel. Additionally, you actively participate in service development, quality assurance, and competency development to contribute to safe and professional operations.
As a nursing assistant, you report directly to the unit manager and work closely with the Night Patrol planner to ensure efficient scheduling, good continuity, and safe care for our service users.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
· Is trained as a nursing assistant or has other education that the employer considers equivalent
· Has a Class B driver's license
· Has good computer skills
· Speaks Swedish well, both orally and in writing.
It is advantageous if you have experience in similar work.
