About the Workplace
The night patrol consists of a dedicated team of nursing assistants covering all of Helsingborg city's home care customers during all hours of the night. We operate from an office in central Helsingborg, and with eight vehicles and two nursing assistants in each vehicle, we patrol the city to ensure our customers receive the care and security they need.

Job Duties
As a nursing assistant in the night patrol, you will have a range of varied tasks. Your night shift begins with a briefing on the planned assignments for the night. These assignments may include both care work and delegated healthcare interventions such as medication distribution, blood sugar testing, blood pressure measurement, catheter irrigation, and more.
In addition to planned assignments, you are also ready to receive and respond to emergency calls. These calls may involve anything from fall accidents and toilet assistance to situations where individuals feel unsafe.
You work closely with nurses working the night shift, and documentation is an important part of your work.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen), or can certify that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023.
To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to have experience working in home care. You also need basic computer skills and documentation experience. You should be comfortable working with various digital tools and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-class driver's license is required.
It is advantageous if you are familiar with LifeCare, Senior Alert, Tes, Appva, and BPSD-registret.
