We are now looking for an employee for a temporary night shift position. If you are reliable, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working with people, you could be the one we're looking for.
As a nursing assistant at Rådahemmet, you are an important part of our team and have a central role in creating safety, care, and quality of life for our residents. During the night, you work with your colleagues to provide person-centered care based on each individual's needs and wishes.
Work tasks include personal care and social interaction. Your main task is to create a safe and calm night for the residents. You also carry out delegated health and medical care services based on individual needs and are responsible for social documentation and contact with family members.
The position involves night work with weekend duty. The position is a temporary contract starting 1/9-2026 until 15/6-2027 at 80% capacity.
Firstly, we are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant, and secondly, we are looking for someone who is not yet trained but is open to training and is otherwise suitable for work in healthcare.
Requirements
To be considered for the position, you need to:
Be trained as a nursing assistant
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both verbal and written
Have good digital skills and experience with social documentation
Ability to take and follow delegated healthcare tasks
Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience working night shifts
Further education in dementia, psychiatry, or welfare technology
Experience with quality and values-based work
Experience with systems such as Treserva, TES, and BPSD Registry
