We are seeking a nursing assistant for Inpatient Care Unit 95! Your Workplace Inpatient Care Unit 95 currently has 14 care beds and we provide 24-hour care primarily for elderly patients with multiple conditions in the local area. We offer care in medicine, orthopedics, surgery, and palliative care, among other areas. This provides a broad range of patient care. Day patients also visit the unit to receive, for example, blood transfusions or other infusions during the day. We have developed a concept for our patients who often need care where they can come directly to the unit for direct admission, so-called "Näva patients". We work in teams around the patient and also have the nearby care team connected to the unit for direct admissions. In the unit team, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation personnel work together. Your Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to be part of a very pleasant work group. The work is varied as we care for several different patient groups. As a nursing assistant, you follow the patient throughout the entire care process, from admission to discharge. You participate in patient care, perform blood draws, change dressings, and participate in planning the patient's care. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant. Experience working in a care unit is a merit.
