At Stenungsund's newly built and modern elderly care facility, Lövberga, you will work in a stimulating environment with a focus on rehabilitation, recovery, and safe returns home. As a nursing assistant, you will meet care recipients with different healthcare and care needs. You work with a person-centered approach where the care recipient is always at the center and where the goal is to create quality of life, security, and participation based on each individual's needs and circumstances. You work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, case managers, and other colleagues in an interdisciplinary team. The role also includes performing health and medical care services on delegation. We are looking for someone who is independent, responsible, and thrives in an operation with a fast pace and varying tasks. The short-term care unit is a digitalized workplace where documentation, case management, and implementation plans according to IBIC are natural parts of daily work. Your working hours will be scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Is a trained nursing assistant. • Has experience working in elderly care, short-term care activities, or rehabilitation healthcare. • Has good ability to document and use digital tools in daily work. • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Is committed, solution-focused, and contributes to good cooperation. • Are familiar with current legislation and the national values foundation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A requirement is that you master the Swedish language in speech and writing; if you are multilingual, this is a merit.
