HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the freedom of choice law was introduced in 2009. Individuals who have been approved for home care and safety alarms in Alingsås have the option to choose HemTrevnad as their service provider. We operate in nearly all of Alingsås Municipality!
HemTrevnad also provides services covered by RUT deductions.

Job Responsibilities
Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual's implementation plan. Approved services can range from lighter activities such as walks to caring for people with significant care needs and advanced health and medical services by delegation from a nurse, as well as receiving alarms during day and evening hours. Health and medical services are signed digitally on your mobile device and you document in Combine. Digital locks have been implemented at all users' homes in Alingsås Municipality during spring.
Most importantly, the individual must feel confident in you and receive the help and support they need, delivered with high quality. Your work includes teamwork with other professions and you need to have good collaboration skills. You should be able to handle questions that arise in daily work with tact, empathy, and good judgment.
Your work includes being the primary contact person for care.
Qualifications
You have a completed nursing assistant education and must present a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).
You hold a valid driver's license (category B). You have excellent command of Swedish both spoken and written.
As a person, you are confident in yourself and have the ability to perform your work with accuracy, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of our operations and you share our humanistic values and have good communication skills. You have a strong ability to act to ensure users receive the best possible care and see the whole picture around the user. You perform your work in a trustworthy manner.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
To work as a nursing assistant, 1500 upper secondary school credits and a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare are required.
You may also apply if you have care assistant training of at least 800 credits and will then be hired with the title "care assistant." This means you will perform a smaller selection of delegated tasks.
An extract from the criminal record register is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
