Nursing Assistant at Short-Term Residential Care

Your Responsibilities We are seeking nursing assistants for our excellent short-term residential care facility at Tibble. We have permanent positions available and are also recruiting staff for temporary assignments. Many who work with us appreciate the varied nature of the work, where you get to meet many different people with varying support needs. As a nursing assistant, you work with care recipients and help them based on their individual needs. Your responsibilities include everything related to the care recipients' daily living activities. This includes documentation and medication-related delegations from nursing staff. Rehabilitation is an important part of the daily responsibilities. Together with other staff members, you work to make the residents' lives meaningful and stimulating. Your responsibilities also include contact with family members, participation in care planning, and collaboration with other professionals. We expect you to actively contribute to a good work environment together with your colleagues and to be open to new working methods. About the Workplace The short-term residential care facility is part of the same unit as day activities, family support services, and open meeting places. The facility can accommodate 15 people. Residents often arrive after a hospital stay and have varying needs for healthcare, rehabilitation, and care. For us, it is important to maintain a professional approach that focuses on the resident and their family. We work closely with other professionals and use a rehabilitative approach where residents are supported to do what they can for themselves. Your Profile For the permanent position, we are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title. For temporary assignments, you may also be a care aide with good experience. Your competence is important as we work to help people become more independent, with the goal often being to return home. We are looking for someone who is secure, has good ability to work in a team, but also good ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is flexible, who can see our care recipients' needs, and who wants to enrich their everyday lives. We use computers and telephones as work tools. You should be able to express yourself very well both verbally and in writing.
