At Hospitalsgatan 31 home care, we are currently a large, pleasant, and engaged team of approximately 55 employees who provide services in ordinary housing. We consist of five care teams that provide services throughout Norrköping's city center. As a nursing assistant with us, you will have two unit managers with close, trust-based leadership and the opportunity to work in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. We are now looking for six new colleagues who want to join us and create the right conditions to provide the best possible care for our service users! Your responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us at Hospitalsgatan 31, you are responsible for providing care and support to our elderly residents. Your work also involves creating a safe and pleasant environment for our service users and enabling a better quality of life. In your work as a nursing assistant, you are responsible for performing practical tasks such as personal care, medication management, household work, and documentation in the form of implementation plans. We work according to a professional and rehabilitation-focused approach where service user focus is always our priority. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is educated as a nursing assistant according to the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare's regulations. We view it positively if you have experience working in health and care services or experience in service professions. We see that you are confident and flexible as a person and that you take your own initiative with consideration and understanding for the boundaries of our operations. You gain energy from meeting others and creating meaningful relationships with the goal of cooperating and contributing to the success of our operations. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and through a professional approach, you have the ability to understand another person's perspective or situation. In your role as a nursing assistant, you have a calm and accommodating manner, even in stressful situations. Together with engaged colleagues, you create safety and a meaningful everyday life for our service users and have the ability to meet each person according to their individual needs. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills. It is expected that you accept the delegations that our operations require. You need to be able to cycle, as we use bicycles as transportation between our service users. We welcome your application!
