Welcome to submit your application today! About the workplace The home care office south 1 is located on Landskronavägen 23 and you work with customers living in Planteringen and Råå. We apply desired employment level, which means you decide how many percent you want to work. Work tasks Your workday always begins at the unit's office. From there you travel on your own or together with colleagues to customers' homes and you follow a work schedule that describes which services are to be performed. You travel to customers by bicycle and in some cases by car. With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and conditions in customers' homes. You work mainly independently and provide care in the form of personal nursing care, support with meals, social interaction and more. You also perform tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists or occupational therapists, such as training sessions, medication handover and wound dressing. In your work you use various digital tools, and your work phone is used so you can see your work schedule, digital locks and find necessary procedures. We work with a fixed care contact and documentation is part of the work tasks. Qualifications To move forward in the recruitment process, you need to be a trained nursing assistant and have proof of protected professional title from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare, or be able to certify that you had a permanent employment as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You have basic computer skills and documentation experience. The position requires that you can perform delegated tasks, that you are comfortable working with various digital tools, and that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you need to be able to cycle and be comfortable traveling by bicycle, even in busy traffic environments. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in home care or are familiar with Phoniro, LifeCare and Appva. B-driver's license is advantageous.
