Job responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. You operate from the unit's office and travel by car or bicycle (if not within walking distance) between different customers, following a work schedule. Our approach is characterized by a salutogenic perspective, meaning providing personalized support based on individual needs and conditions in customers' homes. As a nursing assistant, you work primarily independently and provide care in the form of personal care assistance, meal support, social activities, and more. You also carry out tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists, such as exercise programs, medication administration, and wound dressing changes. You work in teams with various professionals. In your work, you use various digital tools and your work phone is an important tool, where you find work schedules and procedures, among other things. We work with fixed care contacts, and documentation is also part of your tasks. Qualifications We're looking for you as a trained nursing assistant willing to receive and perform delegated work tasks according to HSL. You need basic computer skills and documentation experience, be comfortable working with digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. To proceed in the recruitment process, you also need to have a B driving license and be able to cycle. It's advantageous if you have experience working with Phoniro and LifeCare as well as experience working in home care or other assignments in healthcare and social services.
