We are now seeking home care assistants in Haninge, area Mitt (central Haninge). Here you'll work close to people, contribute to their independence, and be part of an operation that invests in smart, modern working methods. Your Role As a home care assistant, you work in customers' home environments and provide support and care based on assessed assistance needs. You help people live secure and independent lives and build good relationships with both customers, relatives, and colleagues. Work tasks are varied and may include: personal care and daily support transfers and a rehabilitation-focused approach assistance with meals, walks, and social support documentation and reporting planning and coordination of customer needs being a primary contact to create continuity and security You work both independently and together with colleagues where you support each other and collaborate to provide the best possible care. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for you who: have completed nursing assistant training with protected professional title or equivalent have experience working in elderly care or home care have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing have good digital skills and feel comfortable using a work phone and digital operational systems have the physical ability to manage the job's demands have a B-level driver's license It is meritorious if you: have experience working with people with cognitive illnesses/dementia have experience with time registration at the customer's location Since Haninge Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, we welcome Finnish-speaking applicants. About the Position Permanent employment Evening shift approximately 65–75% with duty every other weekend. Regular working hours are scheduled for 3:30 PM–10:00 PM 1–2 times per month, workplace meetings or other meetings are scheduled for 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Working hours are adapted to the organization's needs and means you primarily work evenings.
