A day as a nursing assistant in home care in Föllinge As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work providing care and support to individuals with services based on their own needs and circumstances. Work tasks include medical care, simple meal preparation, help with hygiene and outdoor activities. A car is used on all rounds during the day where needed, and home care uses modern four-wheel drive vehicles that can handle any weather. Our services operate day and evening, both on weekdays and weekends. Your competence We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Driver's license category B is a requirement as the work involves traveling between different patients' homes. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. To succeed in the role, you meet every individual with respect and adapt your care based on unique needs. You take your own initiative and can make decisions in your daily work while being part of a team. You adapt to new situations and see opportunities in change. You find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues, patients, and their families. Experience in home care is a merit, but your personal qualities and your willingness to learn are most important!
