We are now seeking a dedicated nursing assistant for a temporary position within home care services in Haninge South. Your Role As a nursing assistant in home care, you work in customers' home environments and provide support and care based on assessed needs. You help people live safe and independent lives and build good relationships with both customers, family members, and colleagues. The work includes, among other things: Personal care and daily support, transfers, and a rehabilitative approach Assistance with meals, shopping, laundry, and cleaning Walks and social support, documentation, and reporting Planning and coordination around the customer's needs Being a consistent primary contact to create continuity and security You work both independently and together with colleagues, where you support each other and collaborate to provide the best possible care. Your Competence and Experience We are seeking someone who: Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title Has experience working in elderly care or home care services Expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Has good computer skills and feels confident with documentation Holds a Class B driving license It is a merit if you: Have experience working with people who have cognitive disorders or dementia Have experience with time registration at the customer's location Since Haninge Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, we particularly welcome Finnish-speaking applicants. About the Position Employment Type: Temporary Position Employment Extent: 90% Schedule: Day shifts, evening shifts, every other weekend.
