DUTIES As a Home Care Assistant, you will be challenged with varied tasks in clients' ordinary homes. It is flexible and engaging work where you meet clients with different needs for services and care services. The goal is that our clients receive individually adapted support that contributes to quality of life, with a focus on respectful treatment. You work based on implementation plans created according to care decisions and in consultation with clients. Duties include serving as a primary care contact, documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act and Health and Medical Care Act, performing delegated healthcare tasks, and actively participating in the development of the service by participating in relevant meetings. You will have support from coordinators, planners, colleagues, and your manager to help you make necessary decisions in your daily work. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Certificate of protected occupational title for Home Care Assistant, or covered by transitional rules (permanent employment as Home Care Assistant as of July 1, 2023) • Class B driver's license Meritorious: • Experience working in elderly care or home care services We are looking for someone with an interest in the Home Care Assistant role who enjoys meeting people with different needs in order to provide quality and individualized care. You are expected to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Many of your tasks involve receiving instructions and conveying information in a correct and clear manner. You will collaborate and communicate with people in different professions and are expected to contribute your experience and competence in a positive and constructive way.
