Home Care in Kinda municipality is now seeking new employees for Horn, Kisa and Rimforsa As a nursing assistant in home care, you are an important part of providing support and care based on each user's individual needs and wishes. The work tasks are varied and require both independence and good collaboration skills. Job Description Care work is important, rewarding and developmental work where you provide support and assistance to people in their daily lives. We work from a shared set of values where we consider each person's circumstances, create participation and make everyday life meaningful. · Provide support and care according to decided interventions and the user's needs and wishes. · Assist with personal care, such as hygiene, toilet visits and dressing/undressing · Perform everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal assistance · Assist with transfers, medication management under delegation and certain rehabilitation · Document according to applicable legislation · Serve as primary care contact and hold various ombudsman roles Meeting with people always comes into focus. Through professional and respectful treatment, you contribute to safety, participation and good care. Working hours are scheduled day shifts, evening shifts and every other weekend. Qualifications You take great responsibility in your professional practice and demonstrate sound judgment and respect. You work systematically and have a great ability to reflect on, assess and handle different situations that can change rapidly based on your own competence. It is important that you can balance different demands and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. You have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships with others and are comfortable in meetings and difficult conversations. You have a great ability to work independently, but also together with others. Since we are legally required to document our work, it is of great importance that you can express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good computer skills. Finally, you are a person with a genuine interest in people and service. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
